In the fall of 2024, Kenzie Hanley expressed interest in my services after she announced the start of her new business, Haven Music Studio. Kenzie offered music lessons for five years before she decided to go full-time by starting Haven Music Studio. She first stated that she only wanted a landing page, but I was excited to dream with her more about what a fuller website could look like!

After attempting to design a landing page, I proposed to Kenzie that I tag along to a few lessons to grab photos for the website. I believed that this would bring great value, as parents would be able to see what other students are experiencing in their lessons with Kenzie. As you can see above, these kids have great fun while learning!
The greatest technical challenge of this project was that Kenzie's lesson locations were without windows. Good lighting was difficult to create while not distracting students from their lesson, which would be an obstacle to capturing candid moments.
